Can I Put a Custom Neon Sign Outside?

The answer is YES. Normally factories offer both interior and outdoor neon signage. Indoor neon signs are not suitable for outdoor use. LITASIGN makes neon signs specifically for outdoor use, and they are waterproof and coated.

A waterproof silicone coating is dripped onto the Neon flex PCB to protect the LEDs from shorting out and resulting in deadlights.

The wire connections are waterproofed to prevent water from entering and triggering a short circuit.

All male and female connector pairs comprise waterproof IP67 connectors.

Pre-drilled holes for water leakage are left at the lowest point of contact between the acrylic backboard and the neon flex to prevent rainwater from accumulating at the low end.

We will replace a product for free if defective and within the warranty period.
