Your neon sign product comes with a 24-months warranty which covers electrical components.

Inappropriate use of your neon sign will void warranty.

We bear no responsibility for any costs or damages incurred during installation or hard wiring the unit.

In the event that your neon sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we'll require photo and video and request the sign be sent back to us for replacement or repair.
