Process Flow of Split Neon Sign

Step 1: convert sample pictures to vector files

Step 2：engroove on 8mm transparent acrylic backplate

Step 3: install ‘S’ shape led strips in slot

Step 4: soldering, joint different strokes by enamelled wire

Step 5: seal with waterproof glue on led strips (outdoor applicable)

Step 6: install pure silicone neon flex on led strips

Step 7: aging test 24-48 hrs

Step 8: check accessories’ type, QTY, and transformer test

Step 9: clean, wrapped with stretch film
