This is equivalent to 10 years if you turn them on for more than 10 hours a day. This lifespan is 3x longer than traditional glass neon signs. Whenever there have been problems with a product, the root cause has usually been the transformer box, however these are replaceable items and we can supply you with a replacement if needed, and if within the period of warranty.
