What’s your lead time?

For Standard Orders lead times are approximately 9-15 days, from payment to product delivery. For Expedited Orders lead times are approximately 5-8 days. For either of these options, kindly read the Important Notice below.

Important Notice: In the very unlikely case that your tracked order is delayed beyond our estimated shipping windows for Standard and Expedited Orders, PLEASE NOTE we are unable to process a refund for your product. We generally ship using Fedex or DHL, and from time to time delays in delivery may happen due to issues beyond our control, ie, issues which are not related to the production of your product, but rather issues due to delays in transit by the shipping company or by disruptions happening around the world (weather, war, etc).

Even though this is not ideal, this does happen from time to time. If you have a very precise deadline please contact us first (larry@baidroid.cn) so we can provide you our view on shipping times, there are times of the year which are busier than others so we can share with you our opinion on whether or not your deadline might be too tight or too risky a timeline to ship through, and you can determine what margin of error you may or may not be comfortable with.
