If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund.
Process Flow of Integrated Neon Sign
Step 1: convert sample pictures to vector files
Step 2：engroove on 5mm transparent acrylic backplate
Step 3: install pure silicone neon flex in slot (LED strips hide inside flex)
Step 4: soldering, joint different strokes by thin transparent lines
Step 5: install ender caps, glue them on two sides of flex connection
Step 6: aging test 24-48 hrs
Step 7: check accessories’ type, QTY and transformer test
Step 8: clean, wrapped with stretch film
